Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.

Description
The calm shapes of the Ihana's luminaire draw the silhouette of light. This lighting system It consists of several diffusers of inflatable glass, which are pleasant to the eye, seem plastic and contrast with the hardness of a metal structure, which determines its shape and fastens it to the ceiling.
When trying to offer moody light for every classic or modern interior design project, this collection can be used to create light compositions. This is possible thanks to a construction that can be extended by 14 diffusers, connected to one light point. It is available in various sizes to illuminate spaces with high ceilings. In addition, Ihana has DIM to Warm technology, which allows not only to regulate the intensity of light, but also its color temperature, which can change from warm white (3000K) to ultra warm white, simulating candle light (1800K).
Often the project is born out of necessity. Ihana, which in Finnish means "exquisite" is one of them. Her creator, architect Joanna Laajisto, moved her studio to a nineteenth-century building in Helsinki and could not find any lamps that would match her new office. In search of beautiful light, she created a sculptural lamp defined by clean, almost graphic forms and a balance between stiffness and fragility. Ihana is a synthesis of contrasts that combines contrasting colors, a black metal structure and white diffusers, as well as the nuances of old and new. A contemporary and timeless project created by its creator to survive in time and become part of those stories in which no one remembers in which year it was designed.
